Divides the straight-line distance between two points into a specified number of sections (div). The point numbers for the intermediate points begin with the new point number (n) and increase by one, using available point numbers.

p1 is the first known point.
p2 is the second known point.
div is the divisor, or the number of equal segments.
n is the initial new point number.
fnam is a preference name that corresponds to a point preference defined in the civil.xin file.
*description is a description that can be assigned to each point. The `*' is required.
