To add a cantilevered end to a beam or joist when the X or Y intercept of the end of the cantilever is known.

1. Select either:

   the Input Value as X-intercept of Cantilever End

   or

   the Input Value as Y-intercept of Cantilever End

2. Type the X or Y coordinate of the cantilever end in the respective X-Intercept or Y-Intercept edit box.
3. Click Add. The dialog closes and RAM Modeler enters either the Add Cantilever Beam Layout Mode or the Add Cantiliver Joist Layout Mode.
4. Select the beam or joist to which a cantilever will be added. The cantilever is added to that end.
