To make changes to the data of multiple (a range of) stories:

1. Select the lowest story to be changed by clicking the desired story in the Story Level list box. The properties for that story will appear in the edit boxes.
2. Select the Generate option and specify the appropriate label options.
3. Specify the range of levels to be changed, in Level Number and To.
4. Change any of the data associated with those stories.
5. Click the Change button. The data in the Story Level list box for the range of stories will be modified accordingly.
